A Pair of Louis XIV Style Carved Armchairs, with rectangular upholstered backs above a padded seats, all covered in flower patterned gros point needlework tapestry, the down-curved arms carved with acanthus on scroll supports, the leaf-carved scroll legs joined by a front stretcher carved with foliage. Napoleon III. circa 1870.
